Garlic prawns
Our prawns are already cooked so be careful not to overcook.
1/2kg prawns serves 2 people.
Peel and de-vein the prawns.
Chop 2-3 cloves garlic finely
Heat frypan to high heat
Melt butter and add garlic (stir to prevent burning)
Add prawns
Add third cup of Tamburlaine Organic Preservative Free Rose (save the rest for the meal)
Cook for 2-3mins until prawns are hot then serve with crusty white bread, lemon wedges and a glass of chilled Rose.
Oyster Kilpatrick
1 x dozen oysters serves 2 people
Grill or fry finely cut bacon pieces until the fat has rendered.
Combine half cup Worcestershire sauce with a tablespoon of tomato sauce and dash of Tabasco sauce.
Spoon the sauce mixture over the oyster meat then grill on high for 4-5mins and until the sauce starts to melt and the bacon gets crispy.
Serve immediately with Sydney Brewery Pale Ale.
